Pilot Kit made from two Casks. Designed so a Burner can be placed underneath and the Wort transferred with a pump. Assembled on Wheels to make it easy to move for storage when not in use.
This Underback required some repairs to cracked welds and an edition of a Drain so it can be washed out in place when fitted. A custom Strainer was also fabricated to help with fluid flow.
An upgraded replacement 'Witches Hat' for a old Mash-Tun. Larger surface area to drain through with a tighter mesh pattern for better filtration.
